Navigate to customers wishlists: Go to Wishlist &amp; B2B Project Planner app and open the 'Customer Wishlists' tab

Open customer's wishlist: In the wishlists list you can search for customer's email or wishlist name, after it's displayed click on it

Create draft order: To create a draft order click on the 'Create Draft order' button in the top right corner and the draft order page should be displayed

Customer support can help with orders by turning wishlists into editable draft orders.  Think custom shipping quotes for a big order etc.
